Mission Statement
At Victory in Jesus Pentecostal Church of God, our mission is rooted in God’s divine mandate to take the message of Jesus Christ and His victory to all nations of the world. Guided by Scripture, we are committed to:
- Proclaiming the Gospel — To take the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Him crucified to the ends of the earth (Acts 13:47; Romans 11:18).
- Making Disciples — To make disciples of people in every nation, teaching them to follow and obey the Word of God (Matthew 28:18–20).
- Delivering the Captives — To loose those bound by the powers of darkness and release them into victory through Jesus Christ (Isaiah 61:1–2; Luke 4:18; John 14:21).
- Bringing Salvation and Mentorship — Through evangelism and discipleship, to bring salvation to people of all nations and mentor them for eternal life in heaven (Matthew 28:18–20; John 14:21–23).
- Walking in Obedience — To obey the Word of God wholeheartedly and live by His commandments (Deuteronomy 28:1–2; Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1–3; Job 36:11; 1 Samuel 15:22).
- Living as Genuine Christians — To portray the attitude and character of true followers of Christ in all we do (Acts 11:26; Acts 4:13).
- Expanding God’s Kingdom — To decrease the population of the kingdom of darkness and increase the population of the Kingdom of God through aggressive evangelism and Spirit-led outreach.
Together, these seven pillars define our mission — to bring salvation, deliverance, restoration, and victory to all nations, fulfilling God’s purpose of spreading His light and love throughout the world.
